Best mechanic shop I've ever been to. Getting raked over the coals by mechanics is a given in my experience as a driver since 2002. This shop is the exception. They are definitely honest and trustworthy!

I wish I could give more stars to this place. I was very saddened to hear about Mr Adams passing, this is one of the best auto repair businesses that I have ever had the privilege of being able to go to. Nothing but honesty, and always reasonable prices. I do hope the garage continues to remain in business

An amazing and honest mechanic! I have been swindled by many other places around Bartlett and Memphis since moving here, even going to different mechanics for the same problem. Each one gave me a different and expensive solution that didn't fix the problem. Tom Adams and his team were the first ones to find the problem in the transmission and didn't even put pressure to fix it right away! Also, he offers fair pricing and takes the time to explain the problem and how it would be fixed. This will be the only mechanic that I will go to from here on out. #Customerforlife

Mr. Adam's is a good and honest man that doesn't take advantage of women or anyone that doesn't know about mechanics and what it takes to fix vehicle issues. He's a hardworking man that does everything he can to help. They just don't make men like him anymore. Such a sweet man. Very serious, no nonsense kind of man but his kindness shows through his actions.

Tom treated us right. Out of town with a broke down care, Tom bent over backwards to help us out. Turned out to be something his shop want equipped for, but he made sure we were hooked up with the right folks and got us a great price. I checked the week with three other shops to confirm and Tom managed to help us save nearly 30% off the going rate for the repair by getting us with the right folks. Impressed enough that my wife and I have already decided to send him a Christmas card and gift this year. He really saved out necks in a tight spot! Thank you, Tom!
