Didn't provide mileage sticker, and was rude when I asked about it. Was told to work with Samantha, never saw her, worked with someone else completely. Didn't review the findings of the oil change with me when they finished. Missed one of the tires to check for air. 3 were fine, one was low when I checked. Since I filled it up, has remained full for a week, so it's not due to a nail in the tire. Could've been better for the price. Huffines provided much better service last time I went there with my truck, and at a better price.

Erica Woods did an excellent job. She had everything ready when I arrived. After the demo, she answered all of my questions and worked with me on the pricing and the trade-in. After the purchase, she helped me get everything setup to my preferences and explained all of the technology. She also followed up several times to see if I had additional questions and followed up on accessories that I ordered. My overall experience could not have been better!
