Sorry this is a long one. Went to this place on Monday 2/16 for a basic Virginia safety inspection. Failed me for one front marker light being out. Okay that’s fine. Wanted to charge me $48 labor plus the light bulb cost to replace it. I said I’d do it myself. Turns out both of them were out so I replaced them both with LED bulbs. It was a pain in the butt but I supposed I saved almost $100 because I would think they would’ve realized the other one was out. Went back today after I did both of the lights and got there at 4:58pm. They close at 5:30. I said I need my truck rejection sticker removed and the approval applied. Disappointed former loyal customer. We dropped off our car to have the light checked out. Frost attached their magic machine and could not find an error and referred us to the mechanic. This act cost us $60. a few months ago, my wife was charged a fortune for switching a lightbulb. She did not know how expense it would be and nobody told her until she saw the invoice. We are looking for another mechanic.

I ordered Tires from Walmart only to be told they were delayed. Frost was able to get the 4 tires I needed overnight. Quick installation and great customer service!

Fantastic customer service and extremely helpful. My husband brought our car in for a repair and the owner not only took the time to explain the issue but made a follow up call to check that the problem was resolved the following day.

We were run off the road on our vacation and our tire wouldn’t hold air so we put on the spare. Tom Frost fit us in, cleaned up the tire and put the spare back under the car. We were on the road in an hour. They were so honest, never tried to push new tires on us and charged us a very fair price. All of that was amazing but I was even more impressed by the woman at the counter. From the counter, she identified my tires by the tread! It’s so refreshing to deal with an honest, knowledgeable and fair business.
