I bought a 2012 Chevy Malibu from Tom Hesser in April. I recently purchased a new phone and was having trouble pairing the device with my car. I stopped in and Brian was the one who helped me get it all set up! Took all of 5 minutes and was knowledgeable and courteous. I'm very appreciative! Thank you!!

The gentleman that helped me was great. I deal with many different dealership part departments and he was exalant. I was referred from our local dealer that showed they had the part we needed in stock. He double checked my VIN to ensure the part was correct. That is a higher level of service that not all part departments provide. Thank you!

Response time was immediate from service. The experience was excellent. In time constrained circumstances; turn in, inspection, diagnosis, parts needed, inventory, ordering, delivery, maintenance, and turn around all within request.
