Tom Hodges Mitsubishi Tire and Service Center

I used the car wash this past week, which I have used for years, and up until now, no complaints. I got a premium wash and this time I noticed during the wash there was barely any soap, and the brushes that are used to clean your car were severely moldy. After the wash I went over to use the vacuums, which again until now, no problems. It was once I got out of my vehicle I noticed that my license plate was half ripped off, my car was very spotty and not cleaned at all and after all of that, the vacuums did not work and took my change. I am very disappointed and would have loved to support a small business, but with service like this I don’t find it worth it.

I called service department and asked if could get an oil change and tire rotation today or tomorrow, they said bring in on down today. I brought it in 20 minutes later at 11am and they got on it and I was out the door in less than an hour . Great service by John Kershaw and his courteous crew at Tom Hodges. I’ll definitely be back !💪🤩

We are always treated so well here by John Kershaw and his team on the service side. Kelvin was super helpful at explaing what needed to be done and why, and incredibly polite, like all the staff here. After 15 years of phenomenal service, I can highly recommend this service department.

Took in for oil change & forgot about a couple recalls. They did them plus oil change keeping me informed every step of the way. Hospitality waiting was AWESOME! Highly recommend.
