We drove all the way from Arkansas to purchase a truck from Neil Dinges at Tom Nehl. We had been looking for a truck for a few months and Neil went above and beyond to help us by sending pics of several trucks down to helping us strap the truck down before we left the dealership. I've been to Freightliner shops and mom and pop shops all over this country and this is by far the best place to go. I've been coming here for about 6 years now and they never disappoint. I don't go anywhere else to get work done unless it's something that can't wait. Even then as soon as I can get back to Lake City I will go there to get my service done and ask them to make sure the other job was done right. I drive 130 miles from home just to have them work on my truck. The Freightliner in Ocala is no comparison to Tom Nehl in Lake City. They are awesome. Had my truck alignment done at three different places with laser equipment and every time I replaced my steer tires 3 months later. Had it done here 4 years ago and still on the same steers. This place is well worth the trip.

Bo, Jim and Ryan were a big help! Im at a isuzu dealer in south Florida and i had a truck break down close to this dealership. The staff made it quick and easy to get the truck repaired. Thanks again!

We had a fleet truck that was just going out of warranty and having some issues that were supposed to have been remedied at another service center, prior to the warranty ending. We brought the truck here, where they resolved the issue quickly and the manager, Bo Whitehead, made sure that it was covered under warranty, even though we had been told it likely would not be covered. Great service!!

Everyone was really friendly and even waited for me till my Lyft arrived. Sometimes you can't control the day but with a great attitude and a welcoming smile it can definitely make a difficult day much smoother. Thanks guys!
