Tom Pardi Garage

We were in our company van, heading to a job passing through New Foundland and a spark plug blew. We just so happened to be close to this garage as we’re not from this town and they said yeah sure we can definitely fix it. Give us some time. We were happy they were able to help us. We left the van there overnight. We came back in the morning, just to grab some tools thinking it would be a few days and they actually already done. The van is running perfectly!!! They didn’t overcharge us, very very reasonably priced and I have to say they really are the nicest people. This was probably the best experience we had with a repair facility and now they have our business for our company and personal vehicles for life. They really helped us get back to work quick. Thank you!

Absolutely recommend them if you're able to take your car there. They've always been truthful about any potential issues, and if they see certain parts are getting worn down during maintenance then they warn you well in advance. Tom is always super honest and polite too. The day he decides to stop working on cars will be the death of us.

Awesome shop, Tom is really knowledgeable and knows his stuff. He helped to point out what I needed for future appointments and told me exactly what I could do to save money and extend my trucks life. Will be back!!!

Also new to the area! Dear lady that said they’re rude, not so fast they were very welcoming to us. Dirty shop? Seriously? Did you expect it to be white with sterile equipment? I should hope not! He did my inspection and gave us a discount for bringing in our other car! No crazy prices, no mean people, In fact the one guy brought me over to the house to meet his dogs! They were very forthcoming with answers to any questions I had. And even told me they can get me into a shop closer to Hawley where we’re living. Very sweet, I intend on using them again very soon!
