We got our Grand Design from them yes secondhand but we also purchased a new goose neck box for the fifth wheel and found out they to spray paint it over an old one and put it on there charging us full price also when they installed the solar panels on the roof, they damaged the roof so the roof peeled off when we’re driving down the road. They also said that they cleaned out the black tank which we found out when we got home that it had a poop pyramid in it and the valve for the black tank was broken. ****Do not go to Tom Schaeffer’s is my advice. I bought my RV from here in October and after a year it’s been flawless, including scheduling an inspection and service. They respond quickly give you quotes quickly and even got apart covered under warranty without me asking. Highly recommend.

We had an awesome experience working with Schaeffer's Camping Center from the very moment we stepped on their lot. Gabby was very informative and showed us various options. There was absolutely no sales pressure and she was so kind to even let us leave for a few days until we decided to come back to make the purchase! Bob then took his time in answering questions and thoroughly covered all the components of our first camper trailer. Another gentleman put on our new hitch and also kindly explained the entire process. What a team who knows how to provide customer service!
