Brought my 2017 Ford Fiesta St in, the mechanics were beyond helpful and informative. They were trustworthy and handled my car with care as I do myself. I will continue to bring my car here.

Brought my car in for an oil change and my car takes 5W-30 oil. When I picked my car up the invoice said they put 10W-20 oil in. The mechanic Jim looked at the 10W-20 on the invoice, said that they put the right oil in, and then with an attitude asked if I wanted to see the box for the oil they put in the car. He showed me the box which was the correct oil for the car but not what they wrote on the invoice. Then Jim very smugly told me that everything was okay. Really patronizing attitude the whole time and acted like I was an idiot for even questioning them when he proved they wrote down the wrong thing on their invoice. Jim is one of the best mechanics I've brought my car to! I brought it to him before a snow storm and when i got my car back he already had it ready for me to go in 4 wheel drive. Hes the best!! Highly recommend!
