Tom Steele Tire Service

This is where I always take my vehicles for service since I moved to Fort Wayne 6 years ago after a referral from a friend. They are always extremely fast. I’ve always got my car back same day in most all cases unless they absolutely had to wait on parts or it was a major service, but they are always fast, fairly priced and do excellent work. Also, they are great people to do business with.

Got a flat tire on the way to Ohio for Thanksgiving. Even though they didn’t have our exact tire, they were able to get a similar version and squeeze us in and get us back on the road in under an hour. We’re extremely grateful for their wonderful service. Happy Holidays to you all!

I’ve always been on the fence of taking my vehicle to any shop due to being almost completely ripped off. But at some point I didn’t have a choice , so I took my car to Tom Steele and I’m amazed at the professional work , quality of work and how well they do repairs and are completely honest with you. Yes it does cost to have certain repairs done but they are cheaper than all of the other auto repair shops in Fort Wayne . My children and grandchildren and my husband and I only take our vehicles here! They staff is awesome and help out in every way . In today’s world Tom Steele is the best all the way around.

Bait and switch scam. I gave specific details of the vehicle and service I wanted performed. I was told service went smooth but they still charged 35% more than I was told it would cost for no reason. The manager Sam did knock it down some, but I still ended up being charged 21% more than what I was told.

Very friendly, listened to what I had to say. Went the extra mile to help fix my car. Very fairly priced. Best customer service in Fort Wayne.
