Tom Whiteside Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Not a very good experience. Appears to be a good business. I drove 87 miles to inspect at a truck on Feb 23. Test drove and seemed ok. Was getting late in the day and I had to start my return trip home. Sales person was good except for not following up on emailing me figures as promised. I was very clear that I wanted the best out the door price. I waited a few days for figures giving the benefit of doubt as I know everybody is busy. Not sure why I was being ignored ?

Very pleasant sales staff, no hidden fees, and no high pressure from sales or management staff. The whole purchase experience was one of the best I have had in my many years of buying new vehicles. I would buy a car from this dealership again.

While Im not currently looking for a vehicle I would go no farther than this dealership, I spent 25 years working in every department of a new car dealership so I know what it takes to stand out . People want to be treated with respect and not get “hounded” when buying a new car , they don’t want to be upsold unnecessarily in the service dept. Jimmy and the whole crew are some of the nicest people you will meet anywhere and do a fine job. I would give more stars if there were more ! Roy Mack
