Incredible! I had one of our company trucks get a flat in a customer’s driveway. I called and spoke with the owner. He was able to give me a price over the phone and be on site within an hour and a half. (For towing companies that haul box trucks that is lightning fast) The owner showed up and safely loaded the vehicle and hauled it to my destination of choice. Great customer service. Reliable. Friendly. Our company’s new go-to for any towing needs in the St Louis area.

Tomlin tow truck company is so amazing when I first called the owner told me that my ETA will be given to me by a driver in 30 minutes so I misunderstood and thought that the driver was going to call me and let me know that he was coming after he calls me with an ETA time not knowing the driver was going to call me and tell me he will be there in 15 minutes. I were about to cancel my tow. When the driver came he was so polite and respectful there I go thinking chivalry was dead oh my how wrong was I.
