TL;DR: Great service but long wait until servicing. I am writing to provide feedback on my service experience today regarding my Freightliner Cascadia’s DEF system. I called at 9:20 AM and opted to drive 15 miles to your shop to avoid roadside service fees. I arrived at 9:50 AM and checked in with the same receptionist I spoke to on the phone. Although no trucks were in the bay at the time, I was informed that mobile service calls take priority. At one point, I did see multiple service technicians around 11:15 am. However, none of them came to address me or the vehicle. After further waiting, a technician conducted a computer diagnosis at 1:45 PM but did not return to the vehicle afterward. Devin came last night to access part needed to repair truck 🚚 Steering Connecting Rod ! KW opens Monday unfortunately . Great to know people that have our best interest out here still exist. Shop is awesome! I was brought in on hook at 130 am. At 830am I was filling out paperwork and by 915 they diagnosed my truck. Ordered parts and will be on the road tomorrow. Sylvia was super nice and offered me a ride to my hotel, but ultimately, Tony was going to lunch and brought me. Next time I will call them if I’m in the area, and need a tow

On a Sunday morning traveling from South Carolina to NJ I go a flat and was luckily able to be somewhere safe. No one had a tire available locally so I needed a tow to the dealer. Out of approx 5 calls to other tow companies no one could help me. I called Tommie’s and Sylvia picked who was very professional and was able to help my day a little better. She took my info and was able to dispatch someone right away. Perry, the tech, showed up and quickly and safely loaded up my car. Very professional, courteous, and great communication.

Called them at 11am, they came to me at 1pm & was done by 1:40. Replaced my air cylinder quick & easy. Great people & friendly too.. Brian & his little red head helper were great!!
