I’ve been taking my used car, and the one I owned prior, to Tommy Carr for a while now and I’m always really happy with the quality of service, quickness of repair/maintenance., and great communication throughout the process. They look out for you and your car’s needs. I’ll be taking my car here for the foreseeable future. So grateful to have this place in town!

Very satisfied with my visit to Tommy Carr Auto Service. Easy to book an appointment online and they had my car inspected and did necessary repairs that day. Had my car back the same day it went in. They also were honest with what I needed and what could hold off for a little longer. I will definitely be using them again.

Tommy Carr Auto is THE place to service vehicles. I take both of my cars there for service and the entire experience from start to finish is always flawless. The Service Writer team, Nick and Derrick, are professional and always take care of me. They take time to explain everything that went on during the service and even provide a link with pictures of the vehicle if there are any callouts during the multipoint inspection. The team puts the customer first and is my go-to shop for any car maintenance.

Nick at the front desk is super knowledgable and a great guy. Makes everything easy to understand. Shop does amazing work and is the only place I bring my 2001 VW Jetta TDI

We took our 2012 vehicle in for inspection. They were very thorough and they did a great job repairing (at our Direction) what was necessary to get it inspected. Very satisfied!
