Tommy's Auto Repair

Took van to tommy brand new belt broke after 300 miles. Told him to look at pulleys And change brand new tensioner. A week later he calls says vans done. I pick it up And all he did was change belt. I leave and belt starts screaming a mile down the road. I return van to tommy telling him it's definitely not on right and to again look at and change pulleys and tensioner. I pick van back up bumming rides and he says there's nothing wrong???? 300 miles later belt breaks again. I call him 3 times leaving messages and he refuses to call me back and help me out??? Belts last 50,000 miles Not 300. He fixes the easy thing and avoids at all cost anything difficult. Thanks tommy

I love going to Tommys. Tommy and his brother are great mechanic. My family's been going to him for years. He's fast, he's honest, he maybe a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for....

Tommy was very straight forward, did a nice job on my car (which had to be towed in), and for a very fair price. Also very responsive answering all my calls as all of my interactions were over the phone until I picked up my car. It took about 1 week to make the repair. Overall, excellent experience

Tommy and his brother do excellent work. On top of that, Tommy is honest, friendly, and always finds a way to get things working right. He is very budget conscious and has repeatedly saved me money over the past 14 years I have been going here. In my opinion, he is the best mechanic in Lancaster county.
