Tommy's Express® Car Wash

I chose the cheapest option and my truck came out very clean. The rims were 85% clean, but my truck was extremely dirty and again I chose the cheapest wash. Very nice attentive staff at this location. Also, they have a cleaner for molded mats! Only negative is I didn't see a touch free option.

TRASH! I got the top wash and it seems like all of the vehicles are getting the same wash regardless. Cars are tight together and going through the wash at the same time, fast. How does it change between the different levels that quickly? Dryers at the end are TRASH, my vehicle was still very wet and dirty in the back (sides too). I had never been here prior, the attendant inside asked, but never told me anything about the wash itself. It is not your typical car wash, you drive slowly onto a belt that is going non stop, no neutral and no attendant outside to tell you any of it. $8 Kwik trip wash is better than this. No need for a generic response.

After 5 car washes in two days front bumper plate area still doesn't come clean. Talked to employees who are always super helpful and nice. Slowed down car wash with no success. Sounds like the wash just doesn't clean all car shapes. I had to to go old school with bucket, soap and sponge in my garage and came off super easy in seconds.

Just signed up for another membership because we were so pleased with this wash , but took my truck there to get a membership on this one , and this is the results after I dried it , and ran thru a second time . Not very pleased. No one is guiding you in , I folded my mirrors in the second time the wash forced them out , the track is going way too fast . You advertise a 3 minute wash but cars are flying thru. I called to let the staff know , and the kid said they are able to slow the track down , and then I asked why they don’t have someone guiding cars in he says depends on how many people are on staff but I think I counted at least 4 people on staff 2 inside and 2 outside. The car wash does a great job on my big Escalade. It is quick and thorough. I am aware of how hard the people there at work and keep everything being changed to a higher level which I appreciate. I’ve also noticed if there’s any issues they take care of it right away whether it’s myself not going through the car washonline properly or if there’s a problem with the machine, they see on top of it. Overall, a very good experience. I do appreciate that because I have the service my vehicle is always clean on the outside and vacuumed on the inside.
