Tommy's Express® Car Wash

I have a monthly membership at another carwash in the area, but I wanted to try Tommy's because it was new. I'm currently on the 30 day trial. This morning at approximately 7:05 I ran through the carwash with less than desirable results (the car was just dusty to start). There was some sort of substance left on both side mirrors and doors. Something went wrong in the process and did not rinse properly. I could not even see out of my side mirrors; which is a big safety hazard. I had to pull over and clean the mirrors with a water bottle. The rain washed some of the residue off the doors later in the day. What happened?

Tommy's was great. I spent 4 weeks up north east in tons snow and ice and road salt and dirt.. their wash got almost all of it off. I highly recommend their service and system for getting as much as possible off any kind of vehicle you try to bring thru. Huge Shout out to Keaton for Customer Satisfaction checks and follow ups.

Best car wash in town! Service is always really good to. I love that it has the belt, its the only kind that my jeep tires will fit on. Lol.

I loved this place! I just came by here today on my way to get supplies as we live in a small town up in TN. I don't get to give my truck a good bath very often. This place was amazing. The service was awesome, the manager was amazing, the customer service was amazing, the guy at the window was super kind and helpful, the prices were unbelievably AMAZING and my truck looks brand new again. They have a wash mat area that works amazing g too! My mats look brand new again!! Thank you Tomny's for your kindness and for helping me. I will definitely make this car wash my go to place when I have to come to Bowling Green for our supplies!!
