Tommy's Express® Car Wash

Love taking my 2025 Chevy Equinox here. The service is fantastic. I especially appreciate team member Carl for Complementing my vehicle and giving me a free detailing kit. I will tell all my friends and bring my girlfriend‘s vehicle here as well thank you.

Just went through the teller window and the associate Jeff helped me out. He was super friendly. Super helpful helped me get started on the 30 day. Free wash card code going through the wash. The wash itself clean the car gray detailed now I get to vacuum it out for free. I love this wash.

Overall experience was a positive one. I debated on giving them five stars but I went with four because the bathrooms weren't very clean (at least at the time I went), the floor was stained as was the disabled hand rails. But as far as the car wash goes, excellent machines cleaned my car with the "works package". The vacuums hoses do not have small angle adapters (at least none that I noticed) for those hard to reach places. There was a two person staff on site when I went, the gentleman who checked me in was very polite and courteous. The lady on duty was monitoring equipment so I couldn't comment on how that person was. Car wash time is around 90 seconds. The time on the vacuums is appropriate around 5 minutes and 5 seconds. But one can use them continuously. They do not line their trash

Just had a pretty rough experience here, the cone with the enter sign is knocked down and unable to be seen when you’re pulling in so I almost went into the car wash exit at first. then when I went through the car wash the green light at the end is completely broken and facing the wrong way, so that was useless and to put the cherry on top after vacuuming out my car the best I could with vacuums that weren’t seeming to suck hard at all, there was no soap in the bathroom to wash my hands, so probably won’t come back to another Tommy’s because of this.

Ok I totally love new technology, you pull up to a screen that tells you to pull up and then let's you know when to put it in neutral, it's pretty cool, the wash itself was over and above what I thought I would get for $10 plus free vacuums and floor mat cleaners.
