Tommy's Express® Car Wash

The service overall is fine. It's do it yourself, so for the most part, the service is what you yourself put into it. The part of Tommy's that is failing is their membership line. We pay monthly subscriptions to be able to fast track through the line and get cars clean for our business. The rare times you come into contact with associates. They're monotonous. Also, every once in a while you get a customer in the wrong lane. Your company needs to figure out a better system for taking care of these situations. I didn't move for almost 15 minutes because the car in front of me was in the wrong line and every employee had to figure out how to get them to pay, and there was an issue. The employee came out to speak to them 4-5 seperate times... There was no communication to the other vehicles

I got the month of free car washes. I thought yesterday, 3/6/26 was the last day to use it. No. They charged me 24$ for a SINGLE car wash. Absolutely ridiculous. I called, and emailed them to refund me my money and they said they’ll “ see what they can do “ and I never got a response back. Also not to mention my car is all scratched up. 0/10.

Worst car wash ever. It scratched my boyfriend’s brand new truck badly, when he told them about it they said the scratches were already there & they couldn’t do anything although they was NOT there before. Also the wash didn’t even clean the truck correctly so a true waste of $24 that we didn’t get back and now damage done to a brand new truck. I seen many reviews with same issue and manager or whoever saying “it was there before”. VERY upset

I took my brand new RAV4 through here today thinking I was going to one of the safest car washes in town. I was worried that any other car wash would somehow scratch my new car. I now have a chip in my paint on the gas cap of all places that was NOT there before. The car is 3 months old.

Well great but it’s not getting all the bugs off my bumper after 4 washes
