Zero Star Review on 1/24/26 Saturday. Josh Caskey employee said his manager would review video then took all details w/ pictures said Manager Eric Owman would not be in until Tuesday. Eric looked at year of Truck only then repeated his boss opinion - Vehicles over 15 years old would not be repaired. I asked if he had the discretion to fix the cracked and broken front spoiler and bent mirror on our Truck. This was on Thursday after no response or call from Eric about replacing items since last Saturday. No compensation, free wash or repairs again was Eric's response. We then asked - after coming since Tommy opened - usually there was a spotter to help aligned your car on the track. We repeated - the strips were spinning into the truck harder than usual on the left side could we have
Took my brand new car to this car wash 2.5 weeks ago, got scratched in the car wash. I reached out to the manager who let me know he’d reach out after 24-48. After 3 days he let me know he’d reach out after the weekend, no response. Did not even get my money back. Would not go here ever again.
Love this place the equipment is gentle on my car and the people are friendly and outgoing
Kinda bummed bc I wanted to like this place due to the location! Staff was very nice but that was about the extent of it. After getting through the wash, I realized my car was still not clean in many areas. The vacuums had not great suction like some other reviewers had posted, and the mat cleaning machine was supposed to be a wet to dry, but my mats were still pretty wet by the time I put them through so I ended up putting them out to dry when I got home so they wouldn’t mildew. I feel kind of jipped after paying $10 and not getting a clean car.
I've subscribed to their unlimited "Works" plan for 2 years now and have been very happy with the quality of the washes I got there. The only real problem is keeping their open hours in the evenings. Supposedly, they are open until 8 pm on weeknights, however they actually are shut down by 7:30 most nights
