Tommy's Express® Car Wash

Went to get my car washed today between 2-230. My car was still dirty on the back. This is the second time i’ve tried this place. The car wash stopped midway through the wash for some reason. All cars stopped on the track. The car washes are not cheap.

I had an excellent experience at Tommy Car Wash! From the moment I pulled in, everything was smooth and professional. The staff was friendly, and the equipment was spotless and well-maintained. My truck came out looking absolutely brand new — the wash was thorough, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I especially want to give a big shoutout to Conner. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, explaining everything with patience and making sure I got exactly what I needed. It’s rare to come across that level of customer service these days, and it made all the difference. Highly recommend this location if you want quality service and great results. I’ll definitely be coming back — thanks again, Conner, and the whole team!

I took my Trailblazer to get washed at Tommy's in Franklin, Ohio. I was waiting behind a car that was having some sort of issue at the window. A young fellow named Conner came out and apologized for my wait, which wasn't even but a few minutes. He was the sweetest. After going through, I was vacuuming the inside and Conner came out and assisted my boy with the mats. This was so kind of him. Conner seemed to really enjoy his job. We need more customer friendly workers like Conner in this world.

Nate and Izabella at the Franklin location were phenomenal to work with. Went in to sort out a large gift card order and they were very friendly and accommodating, and ensured that everything was taken care of before we left. Great staff and great facility. Wouldn't hesitate to come back. Thank you guys for your patience and help, so much.
