Tommy's Express® Car Wash

Pretty equally priced with most car washes that offer the same services. I think what makes Tommy's stand out is the multitude of free vacuum cleaners available after your wash. Most places you have to pay. Honestly, that's why I keep going back every time!

DAMAGE TO OUR VEHICLE !! Do not trust Tommys Express Carwash in Fremont Nebraska. My wife bought me a membership for my birthday and decided to wash our suburban while she was there. Later that week she gave me my bday present and I loved and always wanted one. Two weeks after the wash to our suburban I noticed that part of the hood and the whole top was scratched and looked like most of the paint was super dull looking. I called and asked for manager and left a message on Saturday for him to call me. Nothing. A week later I called again and left another message for him to call. Still nothing. So I called again 2 or 3 days later and finally got to talk to him. He said for me to come in and file a claim at the store. I did that around the 3 week mark and waited for a call back. Didn’t get

I’ve had luck here in the past as I get a wash coming through town. Went in today and had to get a rewash because my tailgate didn’t get clean. Didn’t get clean the 2nd time either. There was no improvement the 2nd time which means the brushes still don’t get to it. Probably because the conveyor belt move the vehicles through way too fast. Gave it 3 starts at this point. Got home and then noticed that the front was also barely touched, as the license plate was still dirty. So, dropping my review to 2 stars. Perhaps for rewashes have someone there that would spray it off to know it’s getting touched. Short video of missed spots on the back and a 2 pics from the front, one with it dirty and the other after I wiped it off.

My god only once ,never again, awful car wash for your cherished vehicle, those hanging splash mops scratch the vehicles bad , pay attention to the detail consumers ,if its not a touch free car wash stay away !

I got a free month of washes with my purchase so can't really complain. Car wash was average, nothing out of the ordinary (it did what it was supposed to do) Free vacuums and cleaning stations are cool AND they have kickass machines that wash your floor mats...and they work amazing!!!
