Tommy's Express® Car Wash

This was my first time using this car wash, got The Works option and unfortunately it was a bad experience. After leaving, we didn’t realize anything was wrong until we stopped somewhere else and noticed that the clips on my wheel liner had been broken off and the liner was hanging loose. It was clearly damaged during the wash. I understand accidents can happen, but this was disappointing — especially for a first visit. I would recommend checking your vehicle carefully before and after going through this wash.

Take my car to this car wash at least four times a week, and I consistently receive excellent service. The staff is very attentive, professional, and efficient. They also offer monthly membership plans depending on the type of wash you prefer, which is very convenient. I highly recommend it.

I wish I would have read the reviews first. I paid for the best car wash at 20 dollars. I came out with multiple scratches on my car. The facility did make a claim. If I look past the scratches, the overall car wash was still pitiful. My car was dirty. But I still have dirt all around my tires and splattered mud on the body of my car. Very disappointing.

Despite the $20 cost, the service did not meet expectations. My tires were not properly dressed, and the front of my vehicle appeared minimally cleaned, even after I pre-treated bug residue with a specialized remover. Compared to other local car wash services, the quality was substandard and did not justify the price. I am relieved I did not commit to a monthly subscription. I had high expectations for your service, but they were not met. I urge you to address these issues to ensure future customers receive the quality expected.

I do not give any reviews on google but I feel its needed for this place, I do not recommend anyone send their vehicle through the car wash, they dont even prespray your vehicle it goes in with dirt on it and the first set of brushes get it off. Once those brushes get dirty then it start scratching the vehicle. I bought a membership for there best car wash, I went through stopped at the grocery store and when I came out I had 2 long scratches on the door. I thought there is no way tommy express did that and i assumed someone ran a cart down my door or something. Went to Tommy's 2 more times and now my truck is covered in little scratches. I spoke with my friend who also has a membership and his 2023 gmc is absolutely tore up as well. Ive been washing my 2024 chevy truck at fast eddys with
