I had an excellent experience at Tommy’s Express Car Wash thanks to Luke’s outstanding customer service. From the moment I arrived, Luke was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. He took the time to explain the wash options clearly and made sure I was comfortable with the process, which really stood out to me. What impressed me most was his attention to detail and positive attitude. Even though the car wash was busy, Luke stayed patient, efficient, and treated every customer with respect. He went above and beyond to make sure my car came out looking spotless and that I was completely satisfied before I left. Great service like this makes a big difference, and Luke truly represents what great customer care should look like. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommen

Nearly two years of paying my $60+ dollar membership, never late, never declined. Today a man I’ve never seen is working the window. I’m told I can’t come through because I have too many wood chips in my truck bed…. I cancelled this morning. I’ll take my business elsewhere I don’t have time to make sure every kernel of corn is out of my truck. That’s why I pay $70 a month for the service. Everyone else always treated me great and was a pleasure with that being said. Heading somewhere else.

DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH if you care about your car. Damaged my brand new truck, clearly done by car wash and the manager denied claim and closed case. Horrible customer service, didn’t even try to rectify the situation.

I bought a brand new car and having it only a week I took for a wash. After I see there are scratches from the rollers on the passenger side. During the wash you could hear the rollers beating the car violently. I didn’t see the scratches until I was home and it was fully dry. I reached out to the site and they sent a one sentence reply saying they aren’t going to do anything. Not even a “sorry for your experience”. Don’t go here unless you’re ok with your paint getting scratched and no accountability.

You can wash your car floor mats. The tires don't get wash as well but the fact that I can put my floor mats through a free automatic machine makes it all worthwhile.
