Great car wash service. Friendly staff. Car comes out sparkling every time. I have 2 vehicles on the membership plan and it’s very convenient to just come through the members line. Vacs are free and mat wash is free also. They even have free towels, although I recommend bringing your own cloth as the free ones don’t hold much water. Fortunately the dryer does minimize the water.

Paid for the ultimate/top tier wash…which was supposed to include the tire shine. Unfortunately the tire shine didn’t make it to my tires. Notified employee who in turn deflected and blamed the entrance operator….did my car get washed, yup!! Came out looking nice, of course if I pay for a service I believe I should receive the service. Will I go back.. to many other spots that will render services paid for ..so probably not. They have plenty of business, they don’t need mine.😎

The time it takes to hand wash, dry, detail spray, & tire shine a vehicle, plus the money to purchase all the chemicals, electricity etc... Tommys is THE WAY to go!! So worth the money!. I go literally every other day. My truck is ALWAYS clean an it only takes 1 min to wash plus the more you go the easier it is to get the forever stuck on grime lifted from the paint. The free use of the vacuum bays KEEP the inside SPOTLESS as well. Once home, it takes about 10 mins to detail spray the truck down with 2 or 3 microfiber rags and its done. IN LESS than 20 mins from start to finish " depending on your location from the car wash " you have a show room quality clean vehicle to enjoy! Pay the 37 bucks! Don't be cheap!!

Customer service was good. Everyone was nice, but I just recently went for a cleaning and the back of the car was still dirty. I paid for the works. Disappointed to pay that much to still have a dirty car.

Do not sign up for a unlimited plan ! I asked for the Utimate plan and when they texted it was the Works plan $10 more a month. I specifically told the young man 3 time the Utimate plan and he went trying to tell me that the Works is better, I said 3 time the Utimate plan. I got a texted to confirm my Utimate and it was the Works Plan. Bait & Switch situation going on here. I won't go back. I guess I should of looked at their reviews first. It's a 3.6 out of 5. I called the location and the guy I spoke with wasn't really friendly and really didn't act like he cared. This carwash won't last long with the way the run things.
