Tommy's Express® Car Wash

The quality of the wash is actually really good, they don't do a pre-scrub so it won't get all of the crunchy bugs off the front bumper but it does get the car nice and shiny. Employees were friendly. The rear of the car was still very wet after going through the super wash cycle. Appreciate the free vacuums and free mat washing. There is also a detail kit available for $5.

I went to another car wash and they were not able to get the Thai tea that I accidentally spilled in the bed of my truck but Tommy's was able to not only that I have to say I 100% love the app! I love being able to drive through that License Plate Reader and jump on the conveyor belt if you are new to car washes and it stresses you out to put your tire in between that little doohickey you don't have to deal with that here! You just get on the conveyor belt and your car is cleaned. My only I guess complaint is that it's not closer but I understand why it's in the locations it is;-)

I like the fact that it does the under carriage wash. However I have been to other carwash in the area that offer rags and glass cleaner at no cost for everyone to use. I don't carry cleaning gear in my truck ever so that part is inconvenient I'm sure for most people. I didn't have a choice but to buy the detail kit and it wasn't all that in my opinion. Other than that is a nice place.

We have been too many car washes in the area. Tommy is definitely the best around! Not only is it extremely clean but it washes your car better than any others we have tried. The staff is always extremely professional and courteous. We had trouble the other day and there is a young man there named Tahj that was incredibly helpful! We would recommend Tommy’s express to anyone looking for a great customer Experience

I stopped by for a quick wash and left feeling like I just detailed my car at a luxury shop. The entire experience was smooth from start to finish. What really stood out was the customer service—especially Jamez. Super friendly, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. He walked me through the options, answered my questions with a smile, and even made sure my tires got some extra shine. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience these days, but Jamez absolutely delivered. I’ll definitely be back!
