Tommy's Express® Car Wash

It's always so convenient to stop at Tommy's Express, especially to get your dirty car cleaned quickly and be on your way. I can no longer imagine waiting in a car wash line 3 to 10 people deep. Each time I have stopped I have been approached by an employee in the parking lot to ask how my experience was. This time it was Elijah, he was very helpful. It's very refreshing to see people with smiles on their faces at their jobs.

car wash broke my side view mirror and THEY DID NOT COVER IT? never returning ever again, if your car gets damaged they will likely not repair or replace it. DO NOT GET CAR WAHSES HERE TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Conveniently located, well kept facility w great amenities - u can’t beat free vacuums that actually work & free mat washing station - plus friendly staff members! Today while vacuuming, Lilly Becker (Tommy’s employee), made sure to greet us during her checks of the vacuum stations. Thanks for making our visit a pleasant one!

A bit scary/stressful going through each time, because of trying to figure out when I'm supposed to shift to neutral at the start of the car wash and shifting back to drive at the end. Also, you are in a forward motion when you go through the wash, and you can't see at all in front of you. You just have to pray to God you don't bump into the vehicle in front of you, or the vehicle behind you doesn't bump into you. It's a tad expensive at $40/month unlimited washes. You can get cheaper tiers. I like having the option to pay the cashier, if per wash, or go thru the Tommy's app and then able to have it scan my license plate in order to drive right through the payment line. It cleans my vehicle great despite the concerns. The mat cleaner is great too! And the vacuum is very powerful.
