A shift leader called “JB” contacted me a few days later with the most positive and respectful attitude and said that he would do his best to address my concerns in a timely mater. Not only that but, I also had the pleasure to meet with the owners personally and show them what happened. They took the time to listen and let me explain what happened without being rude or insulting me and said no problem I will make it right! I’ve had a monthly membership at Tommy’s Express Car Wash for a few months now, and their top package is such a great value. Jeff helped me today with some updates on my account, and he was very patient and kind. I really appreciate his great customer service, and this location always delivers. I highly recommend them, especially if you’re considering a membership! 🙂

I love this freaking place. The car wash is phenomenal and close to $10 cheaper than family car wash on commercial Way. They don't do the inside of the car but they have a lot of free vacuums with good suction , and a free mat cleaner machine. My tires are so shiny and slick after the high $22 a car wash it's incredible. At the very moment I have a free unlimited car washes for 30 days to try it out and I think I'm going to keep the subscription because it is so worth it. 👍

Grateful that my first wash after setting up a new 'membership' was free. 'The Works' package selected. Worst car wash ever. Front untouched, rear untouched, wheels & rims still dirty, no under-carriage wash at all. Vacuums weren't worth the effort. My household vacuum cleaner does a far better job. Membership cancelled. Will find somewhere else to wash my car.

I love this car wash! The process is always straightforward, and their monthly deals are fantastic. Jeff helped me with my membership info today and was incredibly kind and professional. Highly recommend!
