Their machines ripped off my bumper. I was supposed to receive a call back from management 24-48 hours after the incident and never had a call back when we contacted them a week and a half later, we were told that they reviewed the footage and if they “used their imagination “ they thought they could see a scratch so that meant there must have been prior damage so they were not going to be responsible. I now have $2400 worth of damage to my car because of them.

Car wash damaged our car, and they don't want to cover the cost of the repairs. I would recommend using a different company, this one clearly has ethical issues.

I stopped by the Stillwater Oklahoma location this afternoon after getting off work early to start a weeklong vacation. I went through the car wash and everything was fine. I stopped to vacuum my vehicle and while vacuuming the wind blew my door closed. My keys were in the ignition and I recently Had some damage done to my vehicle so the back up systems to unlock my door were malfunctioning. The sweet girl that took my money came out and asked if I was OK after seeing me mildly panic since my phone keys, wallet etc. were locked in the vehicle. I told her what had happened and she said “don’t worry, we're going to help you.” She went and got the general manager named Logan and he came to my rescue. Switched to this car wash from Club Car wash and I have been satisfied with the level of service. My one complaint is that the water at this location has smelled like sewage recently. It seems to be mainly around the start of the wash tunnel but it makes it harder to appreciate the wash when it starts off smelling gross.
