Tommy's Express® Car Wash

I decided to try this car wash because the large banner out front says “First Month Free,” which really caught my attention. However, when I pulled up and signed up, I was charged immediately. I asked the employee about it, mentioning the banner, and he seemed confused after I explained what I was referring to, he told me that there is no first month free. That was disappointing and honestly feels like false advertising. If there is no promotion, the banner needs to be removed. As far as the car wash itself, I will say it does a great job. I purchased the most expensive package, and my car came out looking brand new. That part I’m happy with. Overall, great wash quality, but the advertising and pricing transparency definitely need improvement.

I recently visited Tommy’s Car Wash and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The facility was clean, modern, and well-organized, and the wash itself was thorough and efficient. My car came out looking spotless, with a noticeable shine and attention to detail that really stood out. What truly made the visit exceptional, though, was one of the associates Ariannas customer service. She was friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive. She took the time to answer my questions, explain the wash options clearly, and made sure I felt confident about the service I selected. Her positive attitude and willingness to help made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Great results combined with outstanding customer service will definitely keep me coming back. Highly recommend!

I was having a bad morning and went to the wash, I just wanna say thank you to Carlos, Angel, Daisy, and the new manager Yolanda for turning my day around! Not only did the wash leave my car shiny like new, Their dryers that they kindly explained to me dry 85% of the vehicle was not a big issue because they have two towel stations out here for me to use as many towels as I want! Their smiles were all contagious and they all went out of their way to make my day better! You have a lifelong member with me!! Thank you for changing the car wash game and treating me like a person! Nothing like Bubble zone or surf thru customer service 🤣🫠 Also their vacuums are amazing!

I would like to give this place 5 stars but we pay the $45 monthly membership and every time we go something always has to happen to the license plates. The machine already knocked down the front ones and broke off the hardware where the front plates go. I already got pulled over by TCSD because our challenger doesn’t have the front license plate on and now it bent the back license plate. But overall I love this car wash but for some reason it does not like our license plates….. all this costs money to replace and everything is so expensive. So we decided to just cancel our membership because we already let it slide when we went to go pick up our plates because we didn’t even know the machine had already knocked them down. I had such a great experience at Tommy’s Car Wash in Visalia! The service was fast, professional, and my car came out looking spotless. A special shoutout to Arianna, who was incredibly helpful and made the whole process smooth and welcoming. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. It’s not often you come across customer service like that! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quality car wash with friendly staff!
