Mike Farrah and his team did a pre-purchase inspection on a used car that my son was interested in buying. I cannot thank them enough for their professionalism and expertise. They were kind to a young kid learning his way around his first used car, gave him tips on negotiating the transaction, and their estimate for repairs was fair and honest. Five enthusiastic stars.

The service was great ,very friendlyand reasonable. Iwas able to drop-off my truck the previous night, and able to pickup the truck after work. With the weather being what it is Milwaukee i was glad to have a reasonable mechanic that can get me back on the road fast like Tom's Auto.

Called the day before to get my rotors and brakes done and got my car done. Took it in and it was done the same day. They did great highly recommend smooth service.

I wanted to put no stars but it wouldnt allow me. On December 1st I went in to get a radiator issue diagnosed and solved. My heat on my vehicle was cycling( blowing cold then warm). The mechanic then determined after several hours that I either needed a thermostat or it was my heater core. I was going to be traveling back to Indianapolis that day They found a leak prior to determining this. They fixed the leak. I told the mechanic because you don't know specifically what the problem is and it is not overheating. I will just drive back to Indianapolis and have my mechanic look it over. Mike the manager overriding the mechanic convinced me that he knew for sure it was the thermostat. They installed a thermostat and it still was not working any better still blowing Luke warm. So I drove back

I stopped into Tom’s Auto for a quick emissions test, and it was such an easy and great experience! Despite being busy and juggling other customers, general manager Mike was super accommodating and got me in and out within a matter of 10 minutes. I’m absolutely keeping them in mind for all future car needs!
