Tom the manager clearly said on the phone that is nothing wrong the minivan. The only problem is slide door hard to close. He stated that the minivan does not need any repairs. He also said that I would not disappointed if I buy that minivan. I’m like sweet I go buy that minivan. I drove 5hrs from my house to that dealership. I got there I was really disappointed. The minivan has broken windshields, hood dent, paint fade, and broken frame, etc. I have to drive all the way back home for another 5hrs. As a dealership you guy should be honest to customer. Why bother to waste customer time. Why don’t you guy tell the customer the truth about the vehicle. Why you guy have to lie and wasted customer time for. 5hrs of driving was useless for me. I want to start by giving credit where it’s due. The salesman I worked with was excellent and truly went out of his way to help both times I came in. He was responsive, helpful, and did everything he could to make the process smooth. I would absolutely give him 5 stars. Unfortunately, my experience with the dealership itself has been much more frustrating. The first vehicle I purchased developed a transmission warning light within about 15 days, and it didn’t even have many miles on it. We had Tom Phan help us look for a vehicle. He did amazing gave him ideas of what we were looking for and he already knew why vehicle would be a fit for us. He is very understanding with our do’s and don’ts. He works with you and will answer your questions. He has been the best sales man I have ever delt with. Very very recommended. I had called early in the morning about purchasing a BMW 328i. When I showed up the man I talked to on the phone whose name is Chris aka Smitty was the one who greeted me by the car I was interested in. He was kind, helpful, and thoughtful with good conversations as well. My mother who is older was with us and he helped her with her purse. He was great to have as our salesman.
