I had my work truck breakdown right down the road from this mechanic shop in Olathe and decided to stop by. I am so glad I did as they were able to get me back on the road same day ! I definitely appreciate the great job however it was the customer service I enjoyed the most. Karissa and Tom we’re on top of it and delivered as promised. Have known and trusted Tom's with my cars for YEARS! He is ALWAYS fair with his customers, may not always be the cheapest but you get what you pay for...he does everything he can to make sure his customers are taken care of.

Went in for a Catback exhaust installation they quoted me $670 and said I had to leave the car maybe he’ll do it in afternoon💀 - Looked around and went to another shop in Kansas City called Seaburg Mufflers they quoted me $50 and installed it in 30 Minutes. Would not recommend taking your money here.

Tom and his crew have been servicing our two cars for five years. Always honest, professional and fair. They get the job done. The coffee is good.

Great service at a fair price. The turnaround time was fast (pleasant surprise). Will be coming back in the near future for some preventative maintenance. I moved up here not too long ago, so it's nice to have found a shop I like.
