We've always had dealers service our car because we believed a dealer provides top of the line care. But since moving here the closest dealer is two hours away, so we decided to take a chance on a local shop when we recently had transmission trouble. We fortunately landed at Tom's Bulldog Automotive and have never before had this kind of service. They took my Jeep in last minute, fixed the problem it was having then offered an extremely reasonable ingenious quick fix to a much larger issue I couldn’t tackle in time so that I could make a trip two days later, Charged an extremely reasonable price for this awesome quick fix, then even cleaned out the front of the jeep from dog hair and dirt!! Truly wonderful service and expertise every time. They deserve customer loyalty!

I have been looking for a good, transparent, and reliable mechanic for years now! Having just got my husband a new car the search became more urgent, since we got a warrantyless old car over 100k miles. After being ghosted but some and having others do a horrible job we finally found Tom's! I thought it was a tire shop like Les Schwab at first but it is a full service auto repair place! We got an appointment very fast, literally two days out which in my search was unheard of. They worked with our schedule, fixed up all our problems by the end of the day, were very thorough and gave us a lengthy report of all the things they did even with pictures.
