Tom's Car Care * ( Express Oil change)

Tom's was recommended by a person on FB in answer to a ? about what I was looking to fix. I called Tom's and the person I spoke with was very communicative and knowledgeable about what i needed to be fixed. She gave me directions and told me that if I came at that time I could get right in. Both the mechanic and person on phone were communicative, clear and efficient. The problem has been fixed and at a reasonable charge. Thanks, for the wonderful and affordable service.

Not coming back to this business. When we came back to pick up our vehicle after being serviced, we waited for over 20 minutes before being helped. It wasn’t until more customers came into the store that the employees (who had seen us and made eye contact with us) came out to ask if we’d been helped. If there’s a specific time that’s the lunch break, it would be helpful if that’s noted. If there’s a bell customers need to ring to get employees attention, that would also be helpful.

Friendly and speedy service. They charge more than many other places for an oil change. However, they're friendly and speedy. Office was very clean and they're very convenient if you're in a hurry. They do first come first serve so the convenience is definitely a plus

Being born and raised in the south my mother instilled in how important it was to always be courteous when dealing with people both in person as well as over the phone. I called Because I needed an oil change. When the man answered the phone being the person I am I said hello how are you today sir. His response was a very grizzly loud and obnoxious "fine sir" to the point where I was waiting for him to say what the hell do you want, but I decided to just say I have the wrong number and I hung up the phone. Needless to say I will not be calling there again for anything.

Tom's Car Care is a excellent place to get the service done right. .No appointment necessary..friendly and knowledgeable service, and very fast.Easy to see, easy entry, and top shelf products to meet every need, and very fair prices...I highly recommend you use Tom's service if you are in Barnwell SC...Tom's will be servicing my Aviator from now on, and hey, I'm driving from SavannahGa!!!!
