If I could rate it 0 stars I would. The man at the front desk is very unprofessional and RUDE. I paid for a car part a day in advance because I was told my part would be ready for pick up the next day. When I called the following morning I was informed that it was not ready to be picked up yet and wont be available to be picked up until the next day. I NEVER raised my voice or said anything out the way to him. I just asked to speak to a manager or supervisor, that’s when he told me to just come back and get my money, then hung up in my face.

Quoted me one price over the phone then I came in a few days later and the price had risen $100. The initial man I spoke to at the counter had pretty good customer service but an obnoxious man came out of the back with a smug “take it or leave it” type attitude. Put a $200 deposit down and waited 2 weeks for my part and heard nothing back so I called myself to check and miraculously the part had shipped the day I called and would arrive 4 days later allegedly. Then after leaving a google review a very rude lady called and said they were returning my deposit. I tried to inform her that when I finally received my part I may change the review to more stars but she talked over me and told me to drive back down to get a refund. I called back in to see if they could refund my money back to my ca

Called about a used part , but didn't have it and I asked the price of the new one , he was 70 dollars cheaper than all the high-end auto part stores , will definitely be seeing them for all my part needs . Thank you

Tommy cannot be trusted. Horrible attitude and customer service. Responding to owner: This is my first review. I’m sorry my business partner left you a review also but honestly you do not deserve the 2 stars that we left you. I wouldn’t have bothered with a review if you didn’t sit here and called my business partner a liar in his review. Like I said in my review Tommy has a terrible attitude. When we walked in, there was a elderly man behind us so I held the door open for about 20/30 seconds for the elderly man to walk in. Tommy said “close my door, you’re letting my air out.” That is probably Why he did not want to get the vin number for my partner, because there’s no air outside?

Excellent customer service and we were very surprised how inexpensive our new wheel was. Only 100.00. 5 years ago we were quoted 500.00 from various sources so thanks Paul and Tom. Chris @ Residential Air LLC
