I am beyond grateful for James and his team at the TR VW Service center. I called with an emergent issue impacting my new car and he guided me over the phone, assured me it arrived on site after the tow, updated us along the way regarding the diagnosis and timely repairs, and had the car back to me within 48 hours. They were kind, helpful, patient, informative, reassuring and very good at what they do. I’m blessed and grateful for their help with this matter. I’ll never go anywhere else for VW service.

I received an email saying I would receive 10% off midweek maintenance. I used the link in the email to schedule, and wrote a note that they should make sure to apply the discount. I afterwards looked over the receipt to see if the discount was applied and it was not. I called and spoke to David who first said he never sent out such an email. After I forwarded the email to him he said he never approved that email. And that I should have printed out the email when we came with the car. Service here is generally good but expensive. And if you plan on getting any discounts don't be fooled!

I recently bought a set of new tires from Toms River Volkswagen service center and had them installed there. One of my brand new tires didn't even hold pressure for 24 hours. When I brought the car back to the service department, the incompetent mechanic that installed the new tires (John B) thought it was all a big joke and mock resigned to the service manager in front of me. Change the valve stems next time, chucklehead. Don't bring your car to Toms River VW for service.
