My husband and I got the best VIP treatment with Mike Hacken @ Tom's Truck Center. He sold us our very first ever refrigerated commercial truck for our beverage manufacturing business. It was a new experience for us, and we did a lot of research beforehand, and once we found the truck that fit what we were looking for, Mike was there from the start, being very responsive to our questions, and adjusted his schedule late on a weekend to meet with us to go over the truck's features and the financing options. We just took delivery of another truck from Tom's. Mike Hacken again was great in helping us specify and build our custom FTR flat bed vacuum truck. We appreciate Mike's knowledge and patience. Thanks Mike. REM just picked up another FTR at Toms. Mike Hacken has helped us dial in the specs for our FTR's that are fitted with vacuum systems. I have nothing but great things to say about my service at , Tom's Truck Center , I brought my Mitsubishi Fuso in for a major service . i found I had oil in my coolant , whick is always bad news most of the time it means a blown head gasket . Well a couple days running there diagnostics and codes through there software and doing all there due diligence . They sent me a cost estimate for all repairs . price was not unexspected as i knew it wasn't good news . I told my service advisor Mike Halsne who by the way was very helpfull right through the complete process until i picked up completed truck . My truck has never ran so smooth feels like im driving a different truck . Impeccable Service and i could not be happier . was not cheap .But the job was done perfectly . And i am a firm believ

Great service is always appreciated.. We always have our hino truck serviced by Tom's truck center in Santa Fe Springs. They provide same day service which is great for us because we can't afford to have one of our unit's down for extended periods of time for repairs due to the loss of income that would have on us. And they have also provided us with mobile service to our facility for a full vehicle scan of any pending codes or recalls free of charge which is every convenient.
