I received the best customer service. Professionalism was amazing he went above and beyond when he didn't have to. He answered my calls when he could have simply ignored them because I was paid in FULL most places once you pay it's now your problem. He really took care of me I would definitely recommend them to anyone!!!!!

Not a pleasant experience. I got referred by coworker and also checked the reviews and believed tongbrothers auto would be a great option for a vehicle. But walking and talking to the salesman I noticed that I was being judged before I even had an equal opportunity to purchase a vehicle. I even called the day before arriving to sure I had the down payment. Which they changed to 3x the amount I was told. I felt judged for Be a young person who actually pay their bills than a person who walks around with their pants on ground. The manager told me he would help and give me a call back. I never heard from him again.

Known these guys for years, truly a blessing for me and mines! Came home from OTR working and they were just helpful and on top of everything, got me in one of my dream cars and proceeded to help me and work with me on issues that it had previous to purchase. Just all around good people and Family oriented. Wouldn’t get a used car from anyone else in the Ark-La-Tex. They just honestly care and are willing to work things out so long as ya communicate with them fully. They also buy vehicles or do trade ins as well with fair prices. Like I said just a real blessing to have around. Every-time I go in or call in it’s always first names and smiles, never felt like I wasn’t one of the family when we talked. Just good experience all around and easy process with honest to god good people. Thanks

Bought a yukon and there was a problem with it and the guys there came and got it and fixed for us at no charge. Steve, Billy, and the guys are stand up. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for another vehicle.
