Last night I visited Tonkin Hillsboro Jeep and am completely satisfied with all aspects of the experience. My expectations were exceeded. Dealt with Jeremy on a Ram Laramie. Told him I didn't want any haggling or hassle. He agreed and made it so. Didn't like the " privilege" tax cause I'm 76 and never privileged but can't do anything about that . Had an issue with oil crankcase overfill but Jeremy made that right. Happy with the buying experience and the truck. Would recommend Tonkin Dodge to anyone! P.S. Ask for Jeremy. He'll treat you right!

I had Preston Jewell as my service advisor during some warranty work I needed to have done on my Ram truck. He was very communicative and professional in all interactions and expedited the needed repairs. I now feel I have solid relationship and contact at Tonkin Ram with Preston. The work was completed in a timely fashion and well done. Warranty work is never fun- but with a good dealer and good people it eases the pain.
