I also had a VERY BAD experience at this dishonest garage. Brought my vehicle to this shop after the South Florida June flood. Garage kept my car there for three weeks, and I had to pay up front before they started the work. This is unheard of when doing business with a garage! After three weeks, when my car is ready for picked up, the carpet mats were not dried with mildew, and I had leave the car again. Next day, Brett, owner, said car is ready and I'll meet you at the shop and give you the key; however, he never shows up. I tried to reach him by phone and text, and he doesn't return my calls. I'm a senior citizen who uses a walker, and this hassle made it more difficult. Several times I asked for a receipt, one year repair warranty, and owner refuses to give me one. Shop cost me $2

I was really dreading taking my car in for repair, especially on my birthday, but my experience at Tony’s Auto Service Inc. was very good. They were quick, did a great job, were very reasonably priced and were friendly. I made sure to take a business card and would recommend them to a friend. (No pictures because the repair was done to the underside of my car)

I had a VERY BAD experience in this Auto Repair. Tony, the owner is not an honest person. I dropped my car two weeks ago trusting on the diagnosis he claimed. (Hub Bearing failure rear right tire). He ended it up fixing the left, if he really did. At first he told me a price which was already overpriced and then he asked me for extra $ 400.00 more. 2 weeks after the car started having the same problem like it was before. He said it was the other (right tire hub bearing failure) When this happened I started having my second thoughts. I call another garage on Fillmore St., Hollywood and they gave me an estimated for the same parts and labor for $ 700.00 less than Tony's Auto Repairs. Brett and his team were excellent! They diagnosed the problem with my '14 Wrangler, and got it fixed same day! While another shop would have charged MORE for the wrong diagnosis 😕 These guys have definitely found a new customer!

I am a loyal customer because it's hard to find an honest mechanic with reasonable prices. I first took my car to Tony's 4 years ago to get a second opinion before making a decision of either junking my car or having to lay out 1000 plus dollars on getting it fixed. I am so glad to have gone to Tony's because it turned out my car just needed minor repairs, the owner gave me a great deal. I won't go anywhere else!
