Customer Reviews
Great, understanding guy and always willing to help if he can. I purchased my first car in 2023 with him. My family and I are thankful, grateful for Tony's Car's. Any issues he will check it out discuss options with you without any problems. I definitely recommend shopping with him. He has nice luxury cars I love my Lexus both of them.
This man will put used car parts on ur car with no warranty he never answered the phone .bad service complete Had a car with him 7 months paid on time and puts car in the shop parts still don't work right wants to charge 300 and car breaks down again tells u to figure things out and wants another 900 down for another car I don't recommend this car lot for a car.
The man we spoke with was not helpful, other than the info I am providing on this review. If you are not from Tyler, don't go to this lot. He said it himself. Ask him. I dare you. If you are from our of town, forget it.
Stay away from Tony's we bought a car from him he said it was a one owner car that he purchased from the original owner. He said when we bought it he knew nothing about it and there was a loud knock when you put it in drive or reverse he told me and my wife he warranty it for three months if something went wrong with it his mechanic would fix it. 1 week after buying it took it back to him to get the noise looked at and he said my mechanic quit he told us to hold off a couple of more weeks and he would have someone else look at it. So we took it to he recommended and they looked at it and said just a couple loose bolts they said they tightened them up and said that would fix it. Now I have a car that has no transmission now he said let me look at it if it can be fixed if it can I will let y
Tony is a shady con artist. He's ripped off my dad for years. I got a car from him (against my better judgment) a 1995 BMW and the whole thing feel apart. Worse, he didn't even have a title. First, he told me to be gentle on the doors, and in no time 3 of the 4 doors stopped working. It had a hot AC, and he had the nerve to tell me to drive at night. The Windows stopped working, then the electrical went out. It feel apart in a month or two after buying it. It's been parked out front of the house broken down a couple of years. I got a moving violation. I have to move the car. I called him about the title and whether he even had ownership and he hung up on me. This is by far the shadyiest, crookedest car dealer I've ever seen in my life. Don't get ripped off by going to him. And don't trust
