I spent an average of $1600 at this repair shop. The owner, who claimed to be a specialist in diesel cars, is actually a specialist in manipulating words and doesn't take responsibility for anything. I left my car there for two weeks, they didn't fix anything, the car left with the same problem it had when it entered the shop, I was charged this amount, and I picked up the car with the same problem. She refuses to reimburse me for my lost money. I am taking the appropriate legal action with the consumer protection agency in San Francisco. I tried my best, without being rude, but unfortunately there's no better way with her; it will have to be settled in court.

I brought my BMW in and they were able to provide a better quoted price than other shops around the city and I was able to bring it in with a short turnaround time. They understood I had budget restraints and were able to work with me to fix the car in the most cost efficient way possible, explaining each part of the process so that I knew exactly what I was paying for. The whole staff was very friendly and provided exceptional service. Most honest shop I've ever been to.

Family run business makes it feel very welcoming. Ivan and Ed were the guys who helped me this time and their customer service was very professional and they were beyond helpful and thoughtful.
