These guys really know what they are doing, and I totally trust them! I have a MB E350 wagon, I just hand them the keys, and I know everything will be fine! They are very reasonably priced, have the knowledge and the tools to take care of service, maintenance and technical repairs. I highly recommend this business for Mercedes repair and maintenance.

When my car began exhibiting several issues, I initially went to a different repair shop that will not be named. I spent about six hours there waiting, only for them to tell me the problem was the module that controls all the electronic components in the car and they quoted me around $1,100 JUST for the module. They then gave me the runaround for two weeks trying to locate this elusive part, never returning my calls. My husband had called Dustin and he said to bring the car over same day to see if it was a quick fix. For the first time, I took the car to Tony’s and from the moment I walked in, Dex greeted me with warmth and professionalism. Boy are the people in Wichester lucky to have this shop close by. I had a breakdown during my road trip in my old Mercedes, and despite them being very busy, they understood the urgency of me having to get back on the road and made room for me immediately. My radiator was replaced in record time and I was back on the road mere hours after it was delivered. They're true professionals and are very knowledgeable.
