Tony's Tires + Wheels

The owner of this tire shop is a hot head. I go in at 730 in the morning when they open but no one is there to work on cars, just the owner sitting on his butt in the office. First thing he does is tell me I need to wait until his guys come in. No problem, But what happens next will surprise you. After 30 minutes of waiting with no information on what's going on he finally comes back and tells me I need to check back later. I say " Can you please check to see if you have the tires in the first place so I can plan the rest of my day". He blows up starts yelling at me getting red in the face and is screaming at me. Telling me I have an attitude. I tell him I normally come to this place because of the good service but when the owner is screaming at the top of his lungs because hes soft and ha

I used to go to that big tire place on Lakewood Rd. I would make appointments and still wait over an hour before they even took my vehicles in. I called Tony's a couple of days ago and asked about changing over 8 tires. Dismount, mount, balance and reinstall. Less than an hour with no appointment. People are amazingly friendly here too. I have found my new tire place.

Anthony and his team are truly the best! They were so friendly and open about everything. Plus, they managed to fix a problem with my vehicle that Mercedes couldn’t! Thanks a bunch!

They got me in no problem changed my tire fast when I was a walk in. I give them 3 stars bc if you leave something in your car they will steal it, guess that goes for all mechanics shops they took my very small amount of my marie jane that I left in my car and my element papers. Which is nkt cool. service was good price was great but note to yourself dont leave anything in your car bc they will steal it i didn't complain about it to them bc im not a problem starter and if they would've denied not stealing anything I probably would've smacked them bc i kno what I left in my car but their got theives that work in the shops the people up front are cool

Absolutely horrible experience. I went to Tony’s Tires and Wheels and bought 3 fairly new tires that were classified as used. I paid $150 for install, balance, and mount. Sounds simple, right? Wrong. On my way home, once I hit 55+ mph on the highway, my car started violently shaking. I immediately took the next exit because it felt genuinely unsafe. When I stopped, I realized they forgot to put one of the bolts back on my wheel. Let that sink in. A MISSING BOLT. I had to carefully drive back to Danbury and stop at my mechanic. My mechanic told me the tires were not balanced correctly at all and that Tony’s added THREE POUNDS of extra weight, which most likely bent my rim. So now I’m dealing with damage that never should’ve happened. I called Tony’s two days later to explain everything.
