I absolutely love this place. We will definitely be buying our cars here from now on. Curtis and Rachel were so amazing. They really do care about there customers and putting them in a safe reliable car. They are everything a dealership should be. I had no issues with purchasing a car. Rachel is amazing at finding the best deals for you. She asked how much were willing to spend and willing to put down. And she worked with it. Never did she ask for more or told me that she couldn’t make a deal with our budget. Curtis was very helpful with putting me in the right car. I went in wanting an SUV originally a Range Rover, and he found me something extremely better. That worked with everything I needed. They are very honest people and I have no doubt that they will find what’s best for you.

I bought a car from Rachel and she said she could get me in a car with no money down . Now that sounded great to me ! Except for she said she could do a “fluff “ which later on I found out that doesn’t exist she basically lied to the finance company and said that I had put money down in cash when I literally had no money to my name this was my first time ever dealing with a car lot so I had no idea what was going on until after I bought the car which had a busted touch screen stereo that she signed a we owe you agreement to replace it in 30 days I was super kind and emailed her to check up on how it was going and she would come up with excuses every time I asked then after a month and a half or so I called her and she yelled and screamed at me saying I owed her money even though i am payin

Rachel is very knowledgeable about buying a solid car and helped with financing for me and my partner. I am a first time buyer and credit was all new to me. Rachel was patient and made sure that I understood everything and made me comfortable. My partner and I are extremely happy with our 2014 Kia Soul and even happier with our overall experience with Top Auto Brokers , especially with working with Rachel! She made sure that we received a warranty on our new engine from Kia and that we had the paperwork from them for our car to give us peace of mind. She definitely goes beyond the normal transaction. My friend Cole has never asked me to leave a review and he wanted me to make sure that you know that this is one company you can trust. He bought his vehicle sight unseen, had it shipped all the way to Detroit, where it was born, and Cole says that Rachel was an absolute standout in the customer service department. Her and her husband were incredibly honest, forthright and did everything they said there were going to do. That has never happened, especially buying a used truck. Thank you for everything. I would give you ten stars if I could.

1 star for me for not getting an inspection, 1 star for them for selling me a car in this condition. I should've walked when the TCS light came on and they told me it was because the car was low on gas, which of course I knew couldn't be correct. The hybrid battery failed soon after buying the car which doesn't bother me so much because it's a known risk. But I did then take the car for an inspection to see if the expense of replacing the hybrid battery would be worth it and the list of problems with the car was so lengthy and serious that either the car hadn't been checked out as they claimed, or items weren't disclosed. Anyway I take full responsibility for my part in this but I urge anyone to get a professional inspection done before buying a car here, or anywhere.
