Id give zero if possible!!! Bought what was supposed to be a 13 explorer. Turns out it's an 11 listed as needing absolutely nothing but a new driver. Showed up car had some broken trim, door panels and the oil dip stick was broke off. rotor shake like crazy and little suspension noise when turning the wheel left and right. I decided I can fix the rotors and suspension noise talked them down 600$ so I thought anyways. Did the title and they charge a fee at title which was 250$ to the dealer so only got them down 300$. 280 miles on vehicle and it's broke down with severe multiple misfire. Called the dealer the salesman says it needs a tune up. I told him I disagree as a mechanic of 15 years but he insisted they paid for spark plugs and coil packs. Very nice men running the place. They were patient with me and my bunch of questions.. loving the SUV I got. They are very negotiable with the prices and I highly recommend ☺️☺️and they actually keep their cars clean compared to other places..iykyk

Do not go here. Sold us a blown up vehicle and did not disclose it to us. Post said the vehicle needed nothing. All they do is give you the run around and hang up on you. Great way to do business. Drove my vehicle 280 miles before it died on the highway with my kids in the car.

Great dealer, even better guy. He worked with me and went out of his way to ensure a smooth process. Definitely would recommend!

I wish I could give zero. Awful experience with a blown up vehicle. They don’t disclose anything or tell you anything up front either. They are sneaky. Go somewhere else and save the hassle
