I cannot say enough good things about my experience at TOP FINISH COLLISION CENTER in Santa Ana. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was incredible. The staff was friendly, transparent, and kept me informed every step of the way. They took the time to explain the repair process and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. It’s rare to find a business that genuinely cares about their customers these days, but this team truly does. The turnaround time was impressively fast. They promised me a specific completion date and actually finished ahead of schedule. Don’t let this false name fool you. They do have very structural sales and admin, but the capability and the quality of the actual mechanical & body service extremely poor. During the process of submitting the insurance estimation, seems like they did not disassemble instead broke apart without next steps in mind. Since the sales rep was very nice I just decided to pay for broken gas injection housing, some strange white glue mark cleaning inside, and today I had to buy a tire at costco for a failed quick tire patching which was also a mickey mouse job, after they actually punctured during the most rough level of workmanship... If you need a quick body fix or replacement maybe, but if you need a big job, not sure… I will not waste any further time uploading pictures here, but the owner of
