Absolutely worst customer service. Placed an order and due to the fact that my shipping address was different from billing they cancelled and refunded my order. Of course that's standard procedure for an order they don't feel safe fulfilling. Not an issue with them there, safety first for sure. The issue was them not notifying me NOT ONCE about the issue so I can maybe try and fix it. NOT RESPONDING AT ALL to any emails or messages I sent with my order number to try and find out where my order was. When I called, the guy on the phone says "oh yeah... that order... we cancelled it." Very smug and when I asked about not being notified. He brushes it off. A lot worse stuff I'm leaving out of this review because I'm the absolute last person to leave any type of negative review. If you knew me

Great place if you have a classic Volkswagen plenty of service and parts they are experts. Had my classic bugs service with tune-up and oil change fair price
John is one of the most knowledgeable VW guys around. I have never had a bad experience in over 10 years bugging him.
