Don’t bring your items here to get painted unless you never want to see them again. I dropped off a piece for my car for Steve to paint two months ago and he never did it and I’ve asked him multiple times for him to give me my property back and it’s always met with ill drop it off or whatever. I showed up at the shop multiple times to retrieve my property just to be told that it’s not at the shop and it’s at his house. The fact that I’ve had to beg and plead to get my own stuff back is utterly ridiculous and I still have not received my item back.

Best of luck if you choose Steve (Top Notch Body Shop) to work on your car and expect the work to last. I’ve stayed silent for much longer than I should have but looking at my car is embarrassing and others shouldn’t have to go through this too. My 2020 Mustang GT was at his shop for three months and took significantly longer than promised to repair. The repair was finally “finished” January 2021. The work looked horrible at the time and an argument broke out over the quality of the work. Mentions of a “lifetime guarantee” was brought up repeatedly by Steve before we parted ways disappointed. 19 months later, you can see for yourself how the work has held up. They painted my front end of my Nissan . The paint has been peeling off from day one . This was a almost $4,000.00 repair. I waited over 2 months for the first repair to be done. They then closed the shop and now re-opened. I made an appointment for 02/14/2023 after talking to the owner. He did not show up - nor did he answer his phone. I won't go back ! Bad repair - Bad Service !

He had my husband’s truck almost 10 months and kept giving us the run around. Not responding to phone calls or texts messages. Then constant excuses when he would call back. The truck was either up on a lift or locked in his garage each time we tried to get possession of it. We had to get the police to aid us to get the truck back and when we did, the work wasn’t even completed even though he was paid $6,000 by our insurance. There’s nothing “Top Notch” about this business. Bottom of the barrel would be more accurate.

This will make my 3rd time taking my car to Steve for repair work.The last two times my bumper was hit while parked.He did a awesome job.When picked my car up I couldn't tell my bumper was hit. So I decided to take my car back so that he could place a clear coating on my car because of the (sun) heat.I have had my car since 2011 brought it brand new then.He did a fantastic job.Dropped it off on a Monday morning and received it back on a Thursday.Steve is very friendly and respectful.In my opinion it's not called Top Notch for nothing.He has done a top notch job on my car each time. My thing is if you can't say anything nice just don't say nothing at all.Move on!! Satisfied customer so far..
